TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADING WITH CNA Electronics (SUPPLIER) (HEIGHINGTON CO.DURHAM, ENGLAND ) FOR THE SUPPLY OF GOODS TO ANY THIRD PARTY (BUYER).

ORDERING
The supplier aims to process and dispatch orders from stock before the end of the next working day.

Delivery schedule for special orders to be agreed.
The suppliers working days are Monday to Friday
8.30am to 5.00pm
The supplier observes England's bank holidays and works to Greenwich Mean Time with adjustment for daylight saving.
The supplier reserves the right to cancel and refund any order.



DELIVERY

From stock, UK Mainland, Royal Mail Special Delivery, 1 day
Scottish Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland,  Royal Mail Special Delivery, 1 - 3 days.
International Europe, International Signed For Small Packets, from 4 working days

Delivery schedule for special orders to be agreed between seller and buyer.

International USA and Rest of World, International Signed For Small Packets, from 4 days
The buyer shall report any damage to the goods during transit to the supplier within 2 days of delivery.
In the unlikely event that the buyer has not received the goods within 21 days of dispatch, the buyer must notify the supplier by e-mail at customerservice@cna-electronics.co.uk.
Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties and any collection fees imposed.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

Unless otherwise agreed payment is to be made upon delivery, title of goods remains to CNA Electronics until payment is made in full.

RIGHT TO CANCEL
The right to cancel begins at point of purchase and ends fourteen working days after delivery. Once a return request has been made the buyer then has a further fourteen days to return the goods
Returned unwanted goods must be in original packaging with all parts and manuals. Box and contents must be in saleable condition. Buyer must contact the supplier using customerservice@cna-electronics.co.uk for instructions on how to return the unwanted goods.
All goods must be returned to us within 28 days of cancellation, and your account will then be credited immediately.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation from the supplier.
On receipt of the unwanted goods, the supplier will refund the original order value, less the original shipping and the return shipping & recovery costs (if applicable) , providing the goods are in satisfactory condition.

 


FAULTY GOODS AND WARRANTY
CNA Electronics warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months unless otherwise agreed.
Warranty claims should be made through the original retailer or if purchased direct, by initially contacting CNA Electronics at customerservice@cna-electronics.co.uk (please include sales invoice number, order reference, serial number and details of fault). Faulty goods are to be returned in accordance with the supplier’s instructions.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by: misuse; improper installation or accidental damage.
CNA Electronics liability for any warranty claim will be limited to the replacement of the product.
This guarantee does not limit the purchaser’s consumer rights.

Where the Company is not the manufacturer of the Goods, the Company will endeavor to transfer to the Buyer the benefit of any warranty or guarantee given to the CompanyDATA PROTECTION
The supplier holds and uses the buyer’s personal details for the purpose of providing services to the buyer.
The supply does NOT have access to the buyers credit card or other financial details these are only accessed by the secure payment provider.
The supplier may contact the buyer with details of new products, news or updates relating to CNA Electronics and its products. Please e-mail customerservice@cna-electronics.co.uk
